Current Situation of Vocational Guidance and its Improvement in High Vocational Colleges

Strengthening and improving high vocational college students' vocational guidance is the requirement for social and economic development as well as a rational choice for cultivation of qualified graduates to strengthen and intensify college students' career guidance.According to the practice of college students' career guidance,some measures were put forward:counselors training and management enhancement,the establishment of multilevel and "four in one" system.
