Motive forces of plastic deformation and rotations in crystals with internal boundaries

The forces acting on the internal boundaries from the homogeneous and inhomogeneous components of the stress field are calculated. An interpretation of the torque stress is given, within the framework of theories using symmetric stress in media with an inhomogeneous structure. The reasons for the appearance of plastic deformations and rotations in the crystal are discussed.
