Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Sews the stick system for the treatment of multi-stages thoracolumbar vertebeal.Methods Totally 24 cases of multi-stages thotacolumbar vertebral were treated with Sews the stick system fixation.All of the cases were followed up for 12～36 months,20 on average.Results The centrum predestined affinity altitude the average 48.2% rectify before the technique to the technique latter 93.2%.The centrum after skirt altitude the average 80.5% rectify before the technique to the technique latter 97.6%.Cobb angle the average 22.3 rectify before the technique to the technique latter 2.1.The centrum highly loses not obviously,does not have the stub nail,to break the stick.Conclusion Multi-stage chest lumbar vertebra bone fracture influence spinal column stability,In sews the stick system fixed treats the multi-stage chest lumbar vertebra bone fracture,The method is feasible,The clinical curative effect is satisfied.
