The results of application of the modern strategies of development of inpatient care within the process of mod-ernization of Federal specialized multidisciplinary clinic are presented in the article. The article covers the prob-lems of development of public healthcare of the Russian Federation and possible ways of their solutions at the level of medical-prophylactic institutions with the purpose of improving the quality and accessibility of medical care. Special attention is paid to the problems of personnel potential development, introduction of innovations and modern management technologies. The use of information technologies in medical institution’s activity allows to optimize medical-diagnostic and management processes. Comprehensive approach to reorganization of medical institution on the base of the new clinical, organizational, structural and management methods allowed to exceed the targets of the “Road map” of public healthcare. Realization of the organizational technologies, such as principle of a single doctor, institute of freelance chief specialists, rotation of specialists, quality control system, marketing and others contributed to increasing resource effectiveness. Comprehensive approach to the reorganization of medical institution on the base of new clinical, organizational, structural and management methods allowed to exceed the targets of the "Road map" of public healthcare for 2018. (The average duration of the stay in hospital bed is 11,7 days, hospital beds occupancy is 331. The same indicators of FRCC FMBA of Russia for 2012 were 10,7 and 344 accordingly.)
