The invention discloses a foaming expansion mould with a novel turnover mechanism. The foaming expansion mould includes an expansion mould I, a pedestal, a foaming box body, an air cylinder and an expansion mould II. The expansion mould I is hinged to the pedestal through a hinge base. The pedestal is provided with an air cylinder support base, wherein one end of the air cylinder is fixed onto the air cylinder support base and the other end of the air cylinder is installed on one end of the expansion mould I through a hinge joint assembly. The expansion mould II is arranged in the foaming box body. The expansion mould II, the foaming box body and the expansion mould I are fixed through fixtures. The foaming expansion mould is smart in structure, wherein the expansion mould I is pushed by the air cylinder so that extrusion deformation of the foaming box body is avoided and further the box body is free of pull damage due to forced demoulding, so that a produced refrigerator box body is good in flatness and is clear in shape. In addition, the foaming expansion mould is simple and convenient in production operation process and allows the box body to be taken and placed quickly and conveniently.
