Laser deposition in oxygen of htsc films: Expansion of laser plasma, deposition of particles, formation of crystal structure and superconducting properties of films

Abstract The results of theoretical and experimental researches in the area of the laser deposition of HTSC films are presented. The expansion of laser plasma in oxygen, particle deposition on a substrate, formation of crystal structure and superconducting films properties are discussed.
