Study of Prior Intervention Measures to Improve the Reporting Quality of Hospital Information

AbstractObjective. To find effective prior intervention measures for improving the reporting quality of hospital information. Methods. Analyzing the effect of improvement in information quality before and after the intervention by the methods of contrast, chi-square and Pareto diagram. Results. The information error rate from June 2013 to October 2013 is significantly lower than that from January 2013 to May 2013; the error rate of blood type value and main diagnostic code is significantly reduced; the error rate of outpatient and emergency diagnostic codes and other diagnostic codes before and after the intervention has no significant difference; the error rate of pathological diagnostic codes and baby information loss is significantly increased. The main error items of information have been effectively improved; we have put an end to the individual errors. Conclusion.
