Effect of Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate Combined with Herbesser Capsule in the Treatment of Unstable Angina

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate combined with Herbesser Capsule in the treatment of unstable angina. Method:120 patients admitted to our hospital with unstable angina were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Herbesser Capsule,and the observation group was treated with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate on the basis of the control group. The difference of the efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the weekly angina attack frequency,duration,myocardial infarction,the incidence of deaths of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Result:4 weeks after treatment,the markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P 0.05). The angina attacks incidence of the two groups before treatment was without significant difference,but the angina attacks incidence of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group after four weeks of treatment,and the duration was also significantly shorter( P 0.05). In the 4 weeks treatment,the incidence of myocardial infarction of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,and mortality was also significantly shorter( P 0.05). Conclusion:Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate combined with Herbesser Capsule in the treatment of unstable angina can effectively reduce the occurrence of angina to avoid the occurrence of cardiovascular events,and has good effect.
