Эндоскопия в диагностике пищевода Баррета

2008
The complications of gastroesophageal reflux disease are very difference, but one of the most dangerous is Barrett's esophagus. The main purpose of our work was to estimate the effect and needs of combination chromoendoscopy's using in diagnosing Barrett's esophagus in gastroesophageal reflux disease. We studied the results of examination 10275 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease and it's complications during 2001-2006 years. Besides EGS we made chromoendoscopy with consecutive using solutions Acetic acid 1 %, Lugol and 1 % solution of methylene blue. Endoscopies findings we confirmed by histologists. We found that 29,7 % examined patients had signs of GERD. Between endoscopic findings signes of gastroesophageal junction dysfunction were more often (62 %), the signs of GERD - 32 %. The most common BE and chronic esophagitis were met in dysfunction of gastroesophageal junction 1-2. The worth information during chromoendoscopy was staining by Lugol solutions with all grades of dysfunction gastroesophageal junction. The most information during chromoendoscopy was staining by Acetic acid 1 %, and methylene blue. Using chromoendoscopy in our investigations could include BE from one part of the patients with endoscopy signes. We can make a conclusions about high diagnostic value from endoscopy and chromoendoscopy when we have suspicions BE.
