Temporal GIS Key Technology and Application of Large-Scale Distribution Network Based on The base state with amendment model

With the rapid growth and development of the distribution network, how to manage and display the development and change of the distribution network becomes more and more important. A temporal GIS design method, practical system and its application of a large-scale distribution network based on the base state with amendment model are presented in this paper. First, the background and needs of the power GIS temporal model are analyzed. Second, the construction principle of the power temporal GIS based on the base state with amendment model is illustrated. The power grid model is divided into several continuous state sections according to the changes of the time axis. In each state section, the graphs, topologies and attributes of the changed power grid model in the section are recorded in increments. Finally, typical application scenarios of the actual system in the distribution network planning and operation business of Yunnan Province are introduced, which can help to realize full life cycle management of the power grid model.
