Sweet potato steaming and boiling processing method

The invention relates to a method for boiling sweet potato, comprising following steps: fresh sweet potato-> choosing material and washing-> boiling-> dehydrating-> immersing and draining-> packing-> disinfecting-> cooling-> checking. The invention employs grid principle, disinfects in many steps and overcomes the shortage in high-pressure disinfection and Pasteurising, which realizes no-bacteria product. The processed sweet potato retains the nutrition and specific taste and the storage period at room temperature reaches to over 270 days according to the national method for storage period checking.
