Research on Plastic Deformation Behavior of 00Cr17Mn6Ni5N at High Temperature

00Cr17Mn6Ni5N austenitic stainless steel(0.005%C, 0.19%Si, 7.42%Mn, 0.011%P, 0.007%S, 17.07%Cr,5.19%Ni, 0.40%N) was smelted by 10 kg vacuum induction furnace with N-alloying by filling nitrogen and adding chromium nitride under nitrogen atmosphere. By using Gleeble-1500 D thermo-mechanical simulation machine, the high temperature tensile test was carried out. Using scanning electron microscope and ZEISS metallographic microscope, the fracture morphology near the fracture tissues was observed. The research shows that the test steel high temperature plasticity is good,the best plastic range is 1050℃-1150 ℃, at 1200 ℃ high temperature brittleness zone. From 1000 ℃-1250 ℃ hot simulation tensile fracture morphology analysis, the test steels' fracture is given priority to ductile fracture, and at 1200℃ when the fracture is microporous or precipitates at the center of fracture.
