This paper researches and designs on these aspects,such as the overall design of database,data storage and backup program design,database standards design,the organization of data properties,fundamental geographic database construction and so on,with the object of fundamental geographic database construction in Tianjin,and provides reference for construction and improvement of Tianjin fundamental geographic database.
