Особенности медико-социальной эффективности медицицинской помощи пожилым людям в государственных и частных учреждениях здравоохранения

In article on the basis of the researches executed by authors medico-social efficiency of medical care to elderly people in the public and private institutions of health care which can be qualified as the new solution of an actual scientific and practical task in the field of gerontology and geriatrics is formulated and proved. The researches which have been carried out by authors, turned on 5 blocks of research. Doubtless interest is represented by researches of the two first blocks and formed practically the basis for the subsequent three blocks: comparison of medical technologies when rendering the out-patient and polyclinic help to elderly and old people in the state and private policlinics and the comparative analysis of clinical and medico-social efficiency of hospital replacing geriatric technologies (a day hospital) in establishments of various forms of ownership. For reliability of research of 540 patients were divided into 4 groups including middle, advanced and senile age, including gender distribution that allowed to carry out research on each group that is important for receiving authentic results. In results of research the number of hospitalization for the patients of middle, advanced and senile age treated in the state policlinics was authentic above, than in the private. Treatment and rehabilitation in out-patient and polyclinic establishments of all forms of ownership promotes improvement of quality of life of elderly patients, but on the majority of parameters authentically the best indicators are reached in private medical institutions.
