Low-hygroscopicity aripiprazole crystal IV, its preparation method and application

2010
Low hygroscopicity of aripiprazole crystals IV, preparation method and application. The crystals IV 2θ angle X-ray diffraction pattern of CuKα source is from 11.6 °, 17.4 °, 18.6 °, 19.9 °, 23.2 °, 24.5 °, 27.0 ° of the characteristic peaks; differential calorimetry scanning analysis at 117.8 ℃ and the endothermic peak at 141.6 deg.] C; TGA, respectively, there are two weight loss at 110.3 ℃ ~ 117.8 ℃ and 291.2 ℃ ~ 337.3 ℃. The nature of the crystalline Form IV is stable, simple preparation method, and that can be converted to low hygroscopicity of aripiprazole crystals I by simple heating, providing more convenience in the form of a low hygroscopic aripiprazole formulation to produce a pharmaceutical formulation art oxazole crystals.
