Silicone particles, and cosmetic, coating, and resin formulated using same

Silicone particles in which the content of silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms per unit mass is 300 ppm or lower and the silicon atom in the siloxane constituting the silicone particle is crosslinked to another silicon atom by a C4-20 alkylene group. The silicone particles provide cosmetics having an excellent feel on use and high-performance coatings and electronic materials containing the silicone particles and having excellent dispersibility.
