Forma e paisagem urbana de Lisboa

This paper describes the application of the Morpho methodology in the analysis of the urban form and landscape of Lisbon. In addition to the morphological assessment of the Portuguese capital, focused on the main elements of urban form (streets, plots and buildings), this paper offers an appraisal of the so-called Plano Diretor Municipal de Lisboa prepared in 2012 and of the Plano de Urbanizacao do Alto do Lumiar completed in 1998, bearing in mind the internal coherence of the plan proposals, the role of the plan objectives and the relevance of the plan proposals for the capital of the country.
