Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LEC) of the intestinal tract is extremely rare and yet unreported in the small bowel1-3. By definition, LEC is characterized by poorly developed tubular structures, associated with a prominent lymphoid infiltration of the stroma, and it is usually associated with Epstein Barr Virus (EBV) infection.
