MINUTES OF COUNCIL MEETING SECTION OF ANTITRUST LAW: Big Canoe, Georgia Friday, August 13, 1976

Chairman Rockefeller called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. Officers and Council members present were: Chairman Edwin S. Rockefeller, Vice Chairman Ira M. Millstein, Section Delegate Allen C. Holmes, Budget Officer Gordon F. Hampton, Secretary John H. Morrison, Harvey M. Applebaum, H. Francis DeLone, William J. Lowry, Lee N. Abrams, Earl E. Pollock, William T. Lifland, Richard J. MacLaury, Richard W. Pogue and Calvin J. Collier. Also present were Law Student Division Liaison Linnea Johnson, Staff Liaison Shelley Walker, Monograph Committee Chairman Howard Adler, Jr., Publications Committee Chairperson John F. Graybeal, Sherman Act Committee Chairman William W. Sadd, Criminal Practice and Procedure Committee Chairman Mark Crane and Section 7 (Clayton Act) Committee Chairperson Eleanor M. Fox. Several members of the Monograph Committee and of the Long Range Planning Committee also were present for portions of the meeting. Council members C. Brien Dillon, Taylor R. Briggs, Harry Kemker, Thomas E. Kauper and Maxwell M. Blecher were not present.
