Interstage cooling schemes of vacuum pump systems

Discusses the effect of cooling system on vacuum pump system especially the selection of interstage cooling scheme. It is revealed theoretically through an example that a systematic solution should be given to the design of vacuum system with pump selection considered to ensure its safe and high-efficiency operation.
