Care and observation after the thyroid surgery

Objective To analysis of thyroid surgery aftercare and observation methods and significance.Methods Complications that were whether postoperative respiratory difficulties and suffocation,thyroid crisis and the recurrent laryngeal nerve injury,laryngeal nerve injury and parathyroid injury and timely processing were observed.Results The 198 cases were clinically cured.Complications such as incision hemorrhage was one case,thyroid crisis one case,unilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve injury one case,jets nerve injury in one case.Conclusion Thyroid condition after surgery closely observing changesmeticulous care can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of harmonious medical and prevent the occurrence of a medical dispute is of great significance.
