Analysis of Industrial Economic Benefits in Wuhan

In this paper, we select the data of industrial segments in Wuhan from 2009 to five years in 2013, and use DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) method to study the efficiency of industrial segments in Wuhan. The results show that: 1) the average value of Wuhan city industry 35 industry segments DEA comprehensive technical efficiency is 0.661, of which only 4 industry segments for DEA; 2) from pure technical efficiency, the average value of the pure technical efficiency of 35 segments of the industry was 0.827, a total of 13 industry segments to pure technical efficiency; 3) the average value of the 35 industry segment scale efficiency is 0.812, the scale of effective industry segments in 4, is the 4 industry segments comprehensive efficiency, change these segments of the industry scale efficiency, shows that the 4 industry segments of input and output of the right size. Only 1 of the size of the increase in the size of the sub industry, the size of the efficiency of the other 30 segments are decreasing, which accounted for the majority of the effective breakdown of the size of the industry, these segments should be adapted to reduce the scale of investment. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the policy suggestions.
