Application of Macro Program in NC Machining of Hydrodynamic Coupling Pump Wheel

A resolution plan by applying macro program programming is put forward in this paper for solving the problem of similar structure programming and work piece origin point correction in NC machining of hydrodynamic coupling pump wheel.The method of solving the problem in similar structure programming is looking for the similar structure of pump wheel parts,drawing simplify drawing of similar structure,setting up independent variable,programming with macro program and putting this program into the main program of NC machining.The method of solving the problem of work piece origin point correction is programming with macro program,putting this program into NC system.The NC system will set the work piece origin point of coordinates according to the automatic record by using the program with macro programming and the coordinate value tested by original point correction.
