Tire extruder temperature control device and control method thereof

The invention discloses a tire extruder temperature control device which comprises a cooling device, a heating device and a temperature control device, wherein the temperature control device comprises a proportion integration differentiation (PID) controller and a temperature lower limit alarming terminal, the heating device is connected with the temperature lower limit alarming terminal, and the cooling device is connected with the PID controller. The tire extruder temperature control device is characterized in that a temperature value set by the existing unique PID controller is changed to be a range value by aid of the temperature lower limit alarming terminal. The temperature lower limit alarming terminal in the temperature control device is actually the temperature lower limit alarming terminal which is arranged in an alarming device of the existing tire extruder device, and the heating device is merely needed to be connected with the temperature lower limit alarming terminal in the alarming device.
