The invention discloses a wide voltage clock stretching circuit based on PVTM. The circuit is composed of a PVTM circuit module, a phase clock generation module, a clock synchronization selection module and a control module. The PVTM circuit module monitors the delay information of a delay unit in a chip in real time to detect the running environment of the circuit at present, and feeds back the information to the control module. The control module selects a target phase clock from clocks generated by the phase clock generation module according to the feedback information of PVTM under the action of a clock stretching enable signal and a clock stretching scale signal, so as to stretch the system clock in different PVT environments in a single period. The wide voltage clock stretching circuit disclosed by the invention needs no complex gate device and has small area and power consumption cost. The circuit disclosed by the invention is simple in structure and is simple to achieve, the area cost is replaced by certain precision cost, and thus the circuit is particularly suitable for adaptive voltage frequency regulation circuit based on online time sequence monitoring.
