Evolución de la "calidad higiéncia de la leche cruda" en ocho zonas geográficas de Andalucía

The hygienic quality of raw milk was controlled (bacterial count and somatic cell count) in 8 geographical zones of Andalucia, Spain: Cadiz, C6rdoba-Valle de los Pedroches, C6rdoba-Valle del Guadalquivir, Cordoba-Campina, C6rdoba-Sierra, Jaen, Malaga and Sevilla. For the determination of the bacterial content was used Bactoscan method and for cell score the Fossomatic method. In 1994 the dairy farms with cell count of under or at 400,000 cel/ml were 35.5 %, while that the dairy farms with bacterial count of under or at 100,000 cfu/ml was 42.4 %.
