2014
Greco-Roman style wrestlers' sportsmanship improvement is determined by several factors, among which the experts define the following main factors: the volume and intensity increase of training load; the skills of maneuvering improvement; power-speed, general and special endurance development. However, during the fight with the opponent important is the ability to clear perception and evaluation of the opponent's motor actions, the ability to focus attention on the character of the opponent's movements, analyze and summarize the ways of onrushing and defensive techniques fulfillment and other intellectual qualities. Research methods: scientificmethodical literature analysis and summarizing, pedagogical experiment, testing, statistical data manipulation. Materials. The article is about the wrestlers' working capacity as one of the leading factors of their competitive activity effectiveness increase. working capacity increase is possible by forming the ability to retain mental and motor activity being tired; skills strengthening of the ways of the basic techniques performance variability; motor actions efficiency increasing. Research results and their discussion. Wrestlers' working capacity management methodology, created by the author, includes the system of intellectual and motor tasks, the systematic fulfillment of which, being tired, allows to maintain a high level of mental and motor activity; to master different ways of onrushing and defensive actions, taking into account the individual phenotypic characteristics (own actions, due to more rational organization of the training activity, methods andmethodical techniques, which provide speed increase of movement and the choice of more effective ways to maneuver). Conclusion. The results of the pedagogical experiment showed the prospectivity of this approach in the training process improvement and the effectiveness of the wrestlers' working capacity management methodology, where the indices of physical fitness and aerobic productivity of the athletes from the experimental group turned out to be significantly higher compared with the control group.
