G/CM/SAMDIS系统在茶叶中17种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯农药残留检测确证中的应用

Objective: To explore the application of automatic mass spectral deconvolution and identification system (AMDIS) to the analysis 17 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in tea. Mthods: AMDIS system, PBM of Agilent data processing system and NIST2005 MS search system were used to analyze and compare the data from full scan mode in different concentration. Results: The results showed that the effect of AMDIS was ideal with the low concentration of pesticides in complex samples. Conclusion: The system procedure of AMDIS was automation and rapid, which could be applied to analysis of pesticide residue.
