Corps jaune hémorragique en deux temps

: In a young woman, hemiperitoin is nearly always the result of the rupture of an ectopic pregnancy. The authors report the case of the rupture of a cyst of a corpus luteum and they review the literature in order to identify the semiological signs and it highlight the difficulty of reaching a diagnosis by non-invasive methods. The treatment remains surgery, involving ablation of the corpus luteum.
