The soft ground improvement method is started. In the present invention, a plurality of foundation piles are formed by using high-density polyurethane on a soft foundation, a solidifying soil mat is applied on the foundation piles installed, a substitution layer is formed on the solidified soil mat, A crush stone is installed on the upper part of the layer, a conical pile is installed according to the reinforced concrete, the crushed stone is filled around the installed conical pile, and the finish layer is installed on the conical pile installed. According to the present invention, there is provided a soft ground improvement method for securing a supporting force against the overhead load of a required design structure in a super softened ground, suppressing lateral deformation, and securing economic efficiency and environmental performance.
