O ERRO HUMANO NA MANUTENÇÃO DE AERONAVES: FATORES CAUSADORES E SEU IMPACTO PARA OS ACIDENTES AERONÁUTICAS NOS ÚLTIMOS 20 ANOS NO BRASIL

2020
This paper presents a study on human error in aircraft maintenance, analyzing the factors that cause the errors and their impact on aeronautical accidents occurred in the last 20 years in Brazil, covering the period from 1998 to 2017. The study aims to highlight how it is performed. the classification of aeronautical occurrences, the types of errors in maintenance environment, as well as which human factors are linked to the occurrence of errors. Dirty Dozen concepts are introduced as components that degrade maintenance technicians' ability to perform their tasks. In order to quantify the influence of the maintenance factor on the aeronautical occurrences of the last two decades in Brazil, a study was carried out based on statistical data, in which the results are compared to those of a country adopting techniques measured at the national level of flight safety. Finally, the study demonstrates the importance of adopting integrated measures for maintenance resources management, with emphasis on human factors to reduce aeronautical accidents.
