Research on Young Athletes' Training of Long Jump

The author resorts to his many-year personal experiences in long jump training and competition with a reference to the relevant documents,puts forward that young athletes in the long jump movement should stress on the lumbar abdomen strength training,run-up training and takeoff training.The research shows that through reasonably selected training means and arrangement of the training content,athlete's long jump ability has been effectively improved.
