A Study on Customers Perception and Satisfaction towards Online Organic Products (With Reference to Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu, India)

Organic product farming is essential in the society to lead a happy, healthy and wealthy life. The main aim of the study is to determine the customer satisfaction and perception of online organic products in Namakkal District. A sample of 100 respondents were purposively selected from Namakkal District, Tamil Nadu, India. The findings were analyzed using simple percentage analysis, chi-square test and weighted average method. Findings reveal that most of the customers satisfaction towards online organic products is quality of the product.
