Tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer composition and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer composition which comprises the following components by weight parts: 3.5-7 parts of a tetrafluoroethylene monomer, 1 part of perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether and 0.02-0.06 part of an initiator. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the copolymer composition. The preparation method has the advantages of being simple in process, environment-friendly and suitable for large-scale industrialized production, a solvent is recyclable, and the obtained tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer composition has the advantages of being good in ageing resistance and excellent in mechanical property and processing property.
