Breast Imaging by Time Reverse Minimum Variance Distortionless Response

A novel microwave imaging method is proposed to reconstruct the backscattered power distribution from intramammary tissue. This method has high resolution, low spurious, and does not require advanced artifact removal technology. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by computer simulation using a numerical breast phantom.
