The invention discloses a marine geophysical exploration streamer data controller based on an SATA interface. An SATA control module (1) forwards a configuration command, configuration parameters, processed seismic acquisition data and streamer state data to corresponding modules; a command analysis module (4) analyzes the configuration command and the configuration parameters; a command sending module (5) forwards the analyzed configuration command and the configuration parameters to a marine geophysical exploration underwater streamer; a data receiving module (6) sends the acquired seismic acquisition data and the streamer state data to a data core processing module (3); the data core processing module (3) analyzes the acquired seismic acquisition data and the streamer state; and a vibrator data extraction module (2) extracts the seismic acquisition data and the streamer state and sends the data to the outside for display.
