Analysis of 120 cases of cerebral infarction by transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) and the neck vascular ultrasound (CUS)

2013
Objective To investigate the combined detection of cerebral infarction by transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD) and neck vascular ultrasound(CUS).Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction non-elderly group, the patients were divided according to age(60 years) 42 and older group(≥60 years) and 78 cases of the two groups of patients underwent TCD and CUS detection. Results TCD detection found that the non-elderly group of patients with internal carotid artery stenosis and cerebral arteriosclerosis incidence was significantly lower than the older group, the data were statistically significant differences(P0.05) compared with two sets of intracranial vascular stenosis proportion was no significant difference(P0.05);CUS detected in non-elderly group of patients with intracranial artery stenosis incidence was significantly higher than that elderly patients with the neck vascular stenosis and plaque formation was significantly lower than the older group, the data were statistically significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion TCD and CUS with good results, the clinical detection of cerebral infarction.Joint application can understand the patients hemodynamic vascular lesions and plaque formation, which the comprehensive judgment infarction induced factors provide the basis for effective differentiation.
