Первый опыт лечения ларингеальной дистонии локальными инъекциями ботулотоксина типа а в Республике Беларусь

Definition, clinical features and diagnostics criteria of laryngeal dystonias are viewed. Clinical description of a case of segmental muscular dystonia with a spasmodic dystonia, with successful realization of introduction botulinum toxin type A in larynx muscles using electromyogram control is resulted. Methodology of performance injections of botulinum toxin in cases of different laryngeal dystonia types are considered. Perspectives of using this method of treatment in the Republic of Belarus are discussed.
