Применение данных магниторезонансной трактографии в нейронавигационном сопровождении хирургических вмешательств при опухолях полушарий большого мозга

The experience of MR-tractography application for diagnosis and surgical treatment of patients with tumors of cerebral hemispheres was presented. The use of MR-tractography data for preoperative planning and intraoperative orientation with neuronavigation helps to avoid damage of eloquent brain areas and to reduce the risk of postoperative neurological deficit.
