Investigación, educación y sociedad: Una mirada desde los desafíos éticos

espanolEl presente trabajo se enfoca en el valor de la investigacion para impulsar, en particular desde el replanteamiento de las exigencias eticas, una educacion que sea capaz de asumir la construccion de futuro, comprometida con la calidad academica y socialmente responsable, capaz de decidir, desde la reflexion y la accion, la tension entre la necesaria pertinencia, como atencion a las necesidades de la sociedad, y la debida im-pertinencia, como mirada etica, critica y transformadora. Se examina, en sus origenes clasicos y sus implicaciones contemporaneas, la relacion entre investigacion y verdad, como busqueda y construccion, a traves de mediaciones cognitivas y sociales en la interaccion entre saber experto y saber social. Se examinan, desde las bases de la educacion humanistica, las condiciones de la investigacion en sociedades tecnocientificas, para contrastar criticamente la relacion investigacion-poder y valorizar los aportes de la investigacion a la vida social. Centrando el analisis en el papel del investigador y en sus principales desafios, se analizan los fundamentos, aspectos y perspectivas de mejoramiento del quehacer investigativo, en los niveles de su practica individual, institucional y social, en vistas a valorizar sus aportes a una educacion de futuro con sentido rehumanizador. EnglishThe present work focuses on the value of research to promote, in particular from the rethinking of ethical requirements, an education that is capable of assuming the construction of the future, committed to academic quality and socially responsible, capable of deciding, from reflection and action, the tension between the necessary pertinence, as attention to the needs of society, and due im-pertinence, as an ethical, critical and transforming look. In its classical origins and its contemporary implications, the relationship between research and truth, as search and construction, is examined through cognitive and social mediations in the interaction between expert knowledge and social knowledge. From the bases of humanistic education, the conditions of research in techno-scientific societies are examined, to critically contrast the research-power relationship and value the contributions of research to social life. Focusing the analysis on the role of the researcher and on their main challenges, the foundations, aspects and perspectives of improvement of the research work are analyzed, at the levels of their individual, institutional and social practice, in order to value their contributions to an education of future with rehumanizing meaning.
