Method of removing oxidized skin on hot rolling nickel stainless steel material

A process for removing the oxidized surface layer from the hot-rolled Ni-contained stainless steel includes such steps as preparing acid washing liquid from sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid, inorganic S compound and water proportionally, immersing said stainless steel in it at 5-95 deg.C for 4-180 min, and ultrasonic cleaning in water.
