열회수형 환기장치 적용에 따른 돈사내부 환경 분석

2015
This study was carried out in order to reuse the discarded energy from an enclosed pig house by using a rotary type energy recovery ventilator (ERV), and to investigate the effects on the enclosed pig house internal environment. To do this, an ERV was set up in an enclosed pig house and the internal temperature, relative humidity, CO2 and airborne microorganisms were monitored. We took advantage of the basic data and applied it to realize actual pig house fuel cost reduction and determine optimum conditions for a pig breeding environment. The experiment was carried out separately under different cases of operational control conditions. The first case was without a ventilating fan and ERV (Test 1); the second case was with a ventilating fan (Test 2); and the third case was with an ERV (Test 3). In the case using the ERV, the inside temperature was kept uniform throughout the top, middle and bottom of the pig house, and relative humidity was also found to be constant. The CO2 concentration was slightly higher than in the case using the ventilating fan (Test 2). However, over time, the CO2 concentration lowered, and it was judged to be effective. In the case of airborne microorganisms, the highest levels were found in Test 1. This is believed to be caused by internal cross-contamination of the ERV.
