Truncus arteriosus with major aorto-pulmonary collateral arteries

2019
Abstract Truncus arteriosus with the absence of one branching pulmonary artery and presence of major aorto-pulmonary collateral arteries (MAPCAs) is rare. A small patient, with a birth weight of 2219g, was successfully repaired by a staged approach, following banding of the left pulmonary artery and unifocalization of MAPCAS.
