Creping process on a felt with long production cycle and improved drying

A method of making absorbent cellulosic sheet (44) creped on a mat, comprising (a) compactly dewatered pulp slurry bin to form a continuous sheet cellulosic and simultaneously applying the web to a cylinder rotating support heated (60) ; (B) creping on a felt the web from the surface (64) of the support cylinder heated to a consistency of about 30% to about 60%, using a structured creped (18) felt, produced the creping step under pressure in a nip creping (76) defined between the surface (64) of the support cylinder and the felt creping (18), wherein the felt is traveling at a second speed slower than the speed of surface (64) of said support cylinder, selecting the felt structure, parameters nip, delta speed and consistency of the web so that the web is creped from the surface (64) of the support cylinder and it is transferred to creping felt (18); (C) providing a coating composition resinous adhesive to a surface (86) of a dryer heated cylinder (80) of a Yankee dryer (20) so that a coating of resinous adhesive is formed also having the Yankee dryer (20 ) a bell (88) of the dryer with a characteristic operatuvo temperature limit; (D) transferring the web from the felt creping (18) to the surface (86) of the cylinder heated dryer (80) of the Yankee dryer (20) such that the web adheres to the dryer cylinder (80) by coating resinous adhesive; (E) drying the web on the surface of the drying cylinder (80); (F) separating the surface (86) of the drying cylinder dry web; characterized by (g) periodically separating surface (86) of the drying cylinder at least a portion of the coating resinous adhesive when the characteristic operating limit of the temperature of the drying hood (88) of the Yankee dryer (20) is reached ; wherein the composition of the pulp slurry and coating resinous adhesive selected and heating the support cylinder (60) and the drying cylinder (80) is controlled such that an interval of output between successive separations coating adhesive dryer cylinder (80) has a length of at least 4 hours and interval during which a predetermined target production rate of production of dry leaf is satisfied.
