The invention discloses an antibacterial blended yarn and a spinning process thereof. The antibacterial blended yarn comprises, by fiber content blending ratio, 30% of white bamboo polyester fibers and 70% of viscose which are spun into the yarn through the spinning process. The white bamboo polyester fibers are blended with the viscose in the blended yarn, compared with the blending of white bamboo viscose with the viscose in the prior art, the white bamboo polyester fibers have higher strength, evener fineness and higher spinnability. A mixed mode of one pre-drawing and three times of mixed drawings is adopted, therefore the blending ratio is accurate; components are even; a produced single yarn is good in evenness, high in strength and few in yarn faults; not only basic performances of the yarn is maintained, but also some features of the white bamboo fibers such as the antibacterial function are contained; and the yarn can be dyed into bright colors, has an effect of emitting negative ions, and the like.
