The invention relates to a user interface with makable scroll bars, which comprises a guide track, a scroll box capable of moving along the guide track, a scroll mark setting module, a scroll mark storage module, a scroll mark display module and a module for displaying content corresponding to the scroll mark, wherein the scroll mark setting module is used to set a scroll mark on the guide track, and transmits position information of the scroll mark on the guide track to the scroll mark storage module, the scroll mark storage module is used to store position information of the scroll mark on the guide track, the scroll mark display module is used to display the scroll mark on the guide track according to the position information of the scroll mark in the scroll mark storage module, and the module for displaying content corresponding to the scroll mark is used to display contents of the scroll box at the position of the scroll mark in the user interface when the scroll mark is selected. The invention can simply records browsed positions fast when users browse, is more directviewing to display the position, and can rapidly return to recorded positions to browse.
