The study on factor formation model of university-industrycollaborative innovation

The universities and industries are the sub-systems with different value notion and culture in social system, so there are some difficulties and obstacles in their cooperations. This paper analyzes the standards of success cooperation and the infective factors to university-industry collaboration innovation and classifies it according to different criterion, brings forward the formation model of success factor of university-industry collaboration innovation. The results can offer the academic direction for managers.
