Quantitative assessment of cervical neoplasia by hydrolysed DNA assay.

Abstract A hydrolysed component of DNA was measured in cervical smears from 187 women. The results clearly distinguished patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and invasive carcinoma from a control group. This method could be automated.
