Изучение фармакологической активности нового кобальтового комплекса

In experiments on mice it is studied of the antihypoxic activity of the new cobalt compound on the basis 1-allilimidazol. It is revealed that the analyzed compound possesses the expressed protective action on four models of the hypoxia in the wide range of doses. It's determined that the possible mechanism of antihypoxic activity of the compound is connected with its ability to reduce the intensity of the oxidative exchange, to reinforce hemopoiesis and also to optimize the procedure of the oxygen provision, influencing the activity of the carbonic anhydrase enzyme.
