A Study on Micrografting Techniques of Juglans regia

The key factors of Juglans large - scale production are cultivating good Juglans seedlings. Techniques of Micrografting of Xinjiang Juglans was studied in this thesis.The results showed that the microbranches of different variety,age of microbranches,age of seedlings,plant growth regulators, temperature and other factors have effects on the graft survival rate of micrografting.The Juglans regia with more ideal various factors combination were screened by the experiment.The best grafting survival rate reached 70%.It was advantageous to enlarge the planting scale and rapid culture of Juglans in Xinjiang.
